Returns Policy / No Hassle Guarantee

Should the Client wish to return an item we will be happy to issue a refund or exchange the goods for alternative products as long as the goods to be returned are done so in full re-saleable condition. Goods should be returned in original undamaged packaging and within a reasonable amount of time i.e. 10 working days

Please note that there may be a collection charge for goods returned.

Shabra will not accept any goods returned unless an agreement has been made with the Client.
