Payment Problems

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. However, here are a few simple things to try if you are experiencing difficulty making payment on our online shop:

1. Check that all fields marked * are fully completed
2. Check that all the details you have entered are correct e.g. Cardholder Name, Expiry Date, Cardholder Number, CVV Code (3 digit code on signature panel at the back of the card)
